Connecting trained Talent to Opportunities

The "Good Life Solution" Program is an employer-driven partnership for high school seniors taking classes in qualifying career clusters at New Horizons.  Graduating seniors have a unique experience that allows them to gain full-time entry level employment with leaders in the industry making anywhere from $10-30/hour. Coining the program as the "Good Life Solution".

Throughout the program, we gather data on employment duration, compensation, performance, and skill development to ensure we are preparing the right candidates and collaborating with the right employers. Our goal is to support New Horizons Regional Education Center and regional businesses by connecting them with young talent and streamlining the training and recruitment process for greater efficiency.
